A Grateful Thanks...

We were all able to go to church today! Here is a copy of a note given to our home church this morning, however the thanks go to many of you beyond our church family.
Our family would love to express deep appreciation for you. So many have approached the throne of grace in prayer on our behalf, which we know has made all the difference. Many of you tenderly expressed words of encouragement and offers of help in person, through a card, or a phone call. The books, puzzles, crayons, toys, videos, and snacks all helped make this experience better for Hannah Moriah. We express thankfulness even for the practical gifts of meals, coffee, diapers, and doughnuts.
Our hearts were overwhelmed by God’s goodness and grace shown to us through the monetary gifts of His people. They certainly were an affirmation that God is providing for our needs and will continue to care for needs that arise in the future.
God’s presence has been so real to us mostly through prayer, His people, and through His Word. Like in Romans 5:2-5 which says ,“And we rejoice in the hope of the glory of God. Not only so, but we also rejoice in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope. And hope does not disappoint us, because God has poured out his love into our hearts by the Holy Spirit, whom he has given us.”
We do ask for your continued prayers in this journey as we learn more about epilepsy. God continues to “pour out his hope and love into our hearts”. We desire for opportunities to do the same for others during times of suffering.
For His Glory, Jay, Caroline, Hannah Moriah & Elim
